I love a good jumpsuit and this one is super chic in classic stripes and cropped wide legs. The beauty of wearing a good jumpsuit (or dress) is that there isn’t a whole lot more to do once you throw it on. Of course, you can always add a gorgeous bag and this Lady Dior is a standout in red. It’s a classic that will never go out of style and the mini size is my favorite for a handbag. I can wear it casually as a crossbody or use it as a small satchel for fancy outfits. Since my obsession with mini bags started a few years ago, I’ve pared down the things I carry to just the essentials (wallet, phone, keys, lip gloss, oil blotting paper) and I’ve never looked back. Love carrying light!

I predict this flutter sleeve top is going to be a favorite this spring! The matching pants sold out in my size but it looks great with floral embroidered jeans so I’m not too heartbroken. After trying out these granny pumps, I’ve been on the hunt for more mid-sized heels. They’re as comfortable as flats but the small boost in height helps elongate the legs and feels more feminine. They look great with skirts and dresses and I just adore the retro vibe when paired with mom jeans.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

A bright red bag is a must for today! In my opinion, red is a color that works any day, all day! Just in case your outfits could use a boost of color, I’ve featured my favorite red bags below. I wish you all a romantic, fun-filled Valentine’s day. :)

I was never a sweatpants kind of girl. But these jogger pants have completely changed the way I think about sweats! The fabric is nice and thick and the fit is slim so they look more polished than your usual sweatpants. And it’s nice to be able to switch it up from jeans, especially on cold winter mornings when something cozy feels so darn good to wear!

Off the Shoulder Ruffles for Valentine’s Day

More off the shoulder action comin’ atcha for V day! Sorry, I can’t help it. When I think of wearing something romantic, an off the shoulder dress (see last post) or top (also this one) is the clear winner for me. This off the shoulder top comes in a soft blush color with the prettiest ruffled sleeves. It’s about as romantic as you can get! Since the top is dramatic, I kept the rest of the look simple by adding relaxed  jeans, bright pumps and my favorite dangly earrings. Finally, this little raffia satchel is expensive for what it is but it’s so stinking adorable and just the right size for carrying the essentials that I had to snatch it up.
