In LA, we say goodbye to summer a little later than folks across the country. We managed to squeeze in one last family trip to the beach this past weekend and it was the perfect opportunity to wear this ruffly maxi dress. The color is a pretty soft blue and the ruffles and bow tie in the back are details that made me feel girly and feminine. :) I love the wrap dress style because it fits perfectly and the fabric felt special without being too fussy for a beach vacation.

Since the weather was cool, I kept my toes covered with easy espadrilles. For me, espadrilles are the quintessential vacation shoe and I make sure to keep a good looking pair in my closet at all times.

Shopping on Zaful was so much fun, as the site offers a large selection of the latest trends at great prices. The packaging and delivery were also spot on. See this post for another review of my experience at Zaful.

Big thanks to Zaful for sponsoring this post! All opinions are my own honest impressions.

Lace Up Sweater and Fringe Booties

Madewell Sweater | Ella Moss Vest (love) | Zara Jeans (similar)
Saint Laurent Université Bag | Sam Edelman Booties (blackgrey)
Linda Richards Beanie | Ray-Ban Sunglasses

Classic stripes and lace up details make this sweater the cutest cozy top to pair with jeans this fall, preferably distressed jeans. Add a sweater vest and fringe booties and this look becomes the perfect warm and stylish outfit to wear to the pumpkin patch! A pom beanie is the cherry on top. ;)

Houndstooth Blazer and Bell Bottom Jeans

Mansur Gavriel Circle Bag (+colorssave) | Saint Laurent Paris Pumps (save)
Michael Kors Fur Charm (save) | Kenneth Jay Lane Earrings | Ray-Ban Sunglasses (save)

My outfits in the fall and winter gravitate toward sweaters and jeans. When it’s cold outside, I am less inclined to mess around with fussy details. I just want to feel cozy. A good way to punch up a basic cozy outfit is to throw on a fabulous piece of outerwear like a pink houndstooth blazer! J. Crew and Zara often come up with unique, high quality outerwear at good prices and this blazer is a shining example.

Oh, and I love the leg lengthening look of bell bottom jeans worn with killer heels. Very 70’s and very glamorous!

Shopbop Fall Sale Event

Club Monaco Coat (+sizes) | Stuart Weitzman Highland Boots (+sizes)
Gucci Dionysus Bag (+colors 1, 2, 3)

Okay gals, the Shopbop sale is a good one. The pink coat that I am wearing and Stuart Weitzman boots, which hardly ever go on sale, are up to 30% off. Now is a great time to pick up a few must-haves for fall including a sweater dress, OTK boots, cool jeans, an everyday hat, everyday booties, new outerwear and maybe even a pair of velvet pants to spice things up (along with that pumpkin spice latte that we’re drinking all month long!). Happy shopping loves. :)

Lace Dress and Studded Oxfords

Lace Dress c/o Dezzal | Chanel Brooch (save)
Rebecca Minkoff Clutch (love) | Dolce Vita Oxfords (love, save)
Dior Reflected Sunglasses (save) | Dior Earrings (save) | Kate Spade Bangle

This lace dress is another gorgeous find from Dezzal. The design is romantic and elegant, the sheer panels are a subtle sexy detail and the open back is a very sexy detail! The quality is fantastic, especially for the price, and I’m looking forward to wearing it to holiday parties this season. I clipped on a fancy brooch to add sparkle to my lace and added studded accessories to balance out the sweetness. I wear a size extra small in most brands but took a size small in this dress and it fits like a glove.

I provided a brief review of my shopping experience at Dezzal in this post. The only thing I would add is that I think it’s a good place to find unique, designer inspired clothing at a reasonable price point (like this dress and this top).

Big thanks to Dezzal for sponsoring this post! All opinions are my own honest impressions.
